Abstract

En primer lugar, se examinará el marco teórico que sustenta la investigación, analizando las motivaciones laborales y económicas, así como las motivaciones personales y culturales que impulsan a los jóvenes trabajadores a emigrar. También se analizarán las barreras a la adscripción, como las barreras del idioma y la adaptación a un nuevo entorno cultural. En segundo lugar, se describirán los métodos utilizados para realizar el estudio, incluida la población y el muestreo, y la recopilación y el análisis de datos. En tercer lugar, se presentarán los resultados de la investigación, centrándose en los perfiles de los jóvenes trabajadores migrantes, sus motivaciones para migrar y las barreras que encuentran durante sus asignaciones. En cuarto lugar, los resultados se comparan con la literatura existente para resaltar las implicaciones prácticas para los encargados de formular políticas y los trabajadores migrantes jóvenes. Por último, la conclusión resumirá los principales resultados del estudio y destacará sus aportaciones a la bibliografía existente.

First, the theoretical framework underpinning the research will be examined, analyzing the labor and economic motivations, as well as the personal and cultural motivations that drive young workers to migrate. Barriers to secondment, such as language barriers and adaptation to a new cultural environment, will also be discussed. Second, the methods used to conduct the study will be described, including population and sampling, and data collection and analysis. Third, the results of the research will be presented, focusing on the profiles of young migrant workers, their motivations for migrating, and the barriers they encounter during their assignments. Fourth, the results are compared with existing literature to highlight practical implications for policy makers and young migrant workers. Finally, the conclusion will summarize the main findings of the study and highlight its contributions to the existing literature.
