Abstract

Las cuatro partes de esta obra giran en torno —como indica el título general y el de los capítulos— de las tribulaciones hodiernas del derecho público. Se centran los tres primeros en institutos nucleares de éste, tales como la Constitución, el Parlamento (y el Gobierno) o la Administración de Justicia. Mientras que el cuarto examina los problemas del derecho público eclesiástico. Se integran, pues, en la línea cultivada por su autor desde hace cuarenta años de trascender la dogmática con la problematización del derecho constitucional

The four parts of this work revolve around—as indicated by the general title and the chapter titles—the contemporary tribulations of public law. The first three focus on core institutions of public law, such as the Constitution, Parliament —and the Government— or the Administration of Justice. The fourth examines the problems of ecclesiastical public law. They are thus part of the line cultivated by the author for forty years: going beyond dogmatics by problematizing constitutional law.
