Las consecuencias penales de la legalización de la marihuana

Abstract

En el presente se intentará descubrir mas acerca de la planta ilegal mas consumida del mundo, desde dos puntos de vista, uno histórico y otro legal. Bajo un mayor entendimiento del contexto que envuelve a esta droga, intentaremos determinar un modelo legal que favorezca más, tanto a la sociedad, como al propio consumidor y al Estado. Si bien existen en España asociaciones cannábicas que viven en una inseguridad jurídica, existen otros modelos factibles que podrían tener cabida en nuestro país.

In this work we will try to find out more about the most consumed illegal plant in the world, from two points of view, one historic and the other one legal, and a better understanding of the context that surrounds this drug, to try and determine a legal model that benefits more both the State and society and the consumer. Even though there are cannabis associations in Spain that suffer legal insecurity, there are other models that could be implemented in our country.
