Abstract

Esta obra ofrece una visión panorámica sobre las diferentes reformas que en sede de Derecho del seguro están en proceso. Muchas son los frentes abiertos en los diferentes ámbitos que regulan los seguros privados, por lo que era necesario un estudio que de forma integral analizara sus aspectos más significativos. Ahora bien, lo realmente reseñable es que la aproximación se hace desde una perspectiva atemporal para profundizar en las motivaciones del cambio y en las diferentes opciones legislativas, permitiendo comprender las claves del futuro del mercado asegurador. Su lectura es pues obligada para aquellas personas involucradas en la marcha del sector asegurador, porque no solo les permite repasar el desarrollo de las reformas pendientes, sino entender cuáles son sus fuentes inspiradores y cuáles serán sus ulteriores desarrollos. En definitiva, estamos ante una aportación indispensable para comprender e incluso anticiparse a la evolución de los seguros privados.
