Normativa y regulación del sistema financiero

Abstract

El conocimiento de la actual normativa que rige el mercado en el cual se opera es fundamental no sólo para el trabajador de ese mercado, sino para cualquier agente que de manera directa o indirecta se vea afectado por sus resultados. Por ello, conocer la actual regulación es un punto básico en la formación de cualquier trabajador del mundo financiero. Este trabajo teórico capta las principales medidas de regulación, así como las entidades supervisoras más importantes a nivel español y europeo y una serie de conclusiones acerca de las medidas propuestas hasta ahora. El objetivo de esta normativa es que facilite la futura unificación europea en un sistema único financiero, con un mercado único y una unión bancaria estable. Construiremos un trabajo basado en la exposición de información de las entidades reguladoras, así como de las normativas principales, configurando en su mayor parte una línea cronológica hasta la actualidad de las nuevas medidas implantadas.

Knowledge of the current rules governing the market in which it operates is fundamental not only for the worker of that market, but for any agent that directly or indirectly affected by its results. By this, knowing the current regulation is a point basic in the formation of any worker of the world financial. This theoretical work captures the main measures of regulation, as well as supervising major Spanish and European institutions and a number of conclusions about the measures proposed so far. The objective of this regulation is to provide the future European unification in a single financial system, with a single market and a banking union stable. We will build a work based on the explanation of information regulators, as well as the main rules, setting up for the most part a timeline until today of new measures implemented.
