Abstract

La formación de los futuros profesores requiere prestar atención tanto a las demandas actuales como a cuestiones con cierta consistencia en el tiempo. Entre las primeras, se analiza la internacionalización, la conveniencia de la realización de Prácticas, el desarrollo de competencias docentes y la utilización de la tecnología. Entre las segundas, se mencionan el compromiso moral del educador, la reflexión sobre la acción y la creación de la comunidad educativa.

The training of future teachers requires attention to both current demands and issues with a certain consistency over time. Among the first, we analyze the internationalization, the convenience of Internship, the development of teaching skills and the use of technology.
