Valoración de la técnica osteopática “shoot gun” en la variación del peak torque concéntrico y dolor para futbolistas con pubalgia

Abstract

OBJETIVO: El objetivo del estudio es valorar la eficacia respecto a la fuerza y al dolor, de la técnica osteopática de “shoot gun” o equilibración global del pubis en futbolistas con pubalgia. HIPÓTESIS: “La aplicación de una técnica osteopática de “shoot gun” junto con el tratamiento convencional es más efectiva frente a la aplicación del tratamiento habitual en la variación de los valores de fuerza (peak torque) y de dolor en futbolistas con pubalgia.” METODOLOGÍA: Estudio piloto, se hará la comparación de la técnica osteopática en función del peak torque concéntrico en aductores, y el dolor, midiendo antes y después de la intervención. Dos grupos: un grupo control, que tendrá un tratamiento convencional; y un grupo experimental, que se le realizará junto con el tratamiento convencional, el tratamiento osteopático.

OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to assess the efficacy regarding the strength and pain, using the osteopathic technique "shoot gun" or global equilibration pubic in soccer players with groin injury. HYPOTHESIS: "Application of osteopathic technique “shoot gun” along with conventional treatment is more effective against of the application of conventional treatment in the variation of strength values (peak torque) and pain, in football players with groin injury." METHODS: Pilot study, test-retest study. It consists in compare the osteopathic technique. It will be measure the peak torque concentric, and pain. There will be two main groups: control group, which will have a common treatment; and a experimental group, which will have besides common treatment, the osteopathic treatment.
