Situación macroeconómica de América Latina: limitaciones al crecimiento económico

Abstract

El propósito de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es analizar e identificar las variables que limitan el crecimiento económico de América Latina, aún teniendo los recursos necesarios y una posición estratégica, para que muchos de los países que componen el conjunto puedan denominarse y convertirse en países desarrollados. Analizando el desempeño económico, junto con lo expuesto por otros autores y economistas, trataré de identificar las limitaciones económicas y sociopolíticas que afectan al conjunto, destacando las mas relevantes. A lo largo del trabajo identificaré cuáles de las elegidas afectan realmente al crecimiento económico regional y cuáles no.

The purpose of this Final Degree Thesis is to analyse and identify the variables that constraint Latin America’s economic growth, even with the necessary resources and a strategic position, so that many of the countries forming the collective can be called and become developed countries. Analysing the economic performance, along with what has been stated by other authors and economists, I’ll try to identify the economic and socio-political limitations that affect the region, outlining the most relevant. Throughout the thesis I’ll identify which of the chosen limitations affect truly the region’s economic growth and which don’t.
