Crecimiento y desarrollo en la India

Abstract

Este trabajo versa sobre el estudio del crecimiento y el desarrollo en la India. En la primera parte del trabajo se diferenciarán bien los conceptos, y se expondrá su medición, e interrelación. Posteriormente, se analizarán estos fenómenos desde la perspectiva india, exponiéndose los factores impulsores de cada uno de ellos defendidos por distintos autores, e interpretando un grupo de indicadores representativos de la dimensión económica y social del país. Por último, se analizará la el tipo de vínculo existente entre las dos realidades. Todo ello, analizado sobre una serie temporal que va desde inicios del siglo XXI hasta la actualidad, y comparando con países desarrollados (EEUU, Alemania) y en desarrollo (China).

This work deals with the study of growth and development in India. In the first part of the work the concepts will be well differentiated, and their measurement and interrelation will be exposed. Subsequently, these phenomena will be analyzed from the Indian perspective, exposing the driving factors of each one of them sustained by different authors, and interpreting a group of representative indicators of the economic and social dimension of the country. Finally, the type of link between the two realities will be analyzed. All this, will be analyzed on a time series that goes from the beginning of the 21st century to the present, and comparing with developed countries (USA, Germany) and developing countries (China).
