Relación de la educación y formación y la situación del mercado laboral : análisis de Finlandia, Alemania y España

Abstract

En este TFG se van a analizar el sistema educativo español, finés y alemán y se van a comparar en base a los resultados obtenidos en tres informes realizados a nivel internacional y a distintos indicadores de capital humano para comprobar si existe correlación entre los mismos. Para ello se van a detallar las distintas etapas existentes en estos sistemas educativos así como el carácter de las mismas. Se utilizarán datos existentes en informes elaborados por la OCDE y entidades similares así como por los propios ministerios de los países en cuestión. Se busca conocer el impacto que tiene en la economía real las diferencias existentes entre los tres sistemas objeto de estudio. Se busca también el demostrar la importancia que la educación posee para generar efectos positivos a la hora de una mayor incorporación al mercado laboral.

In this TFG the Spanish, Finnish and German educational system will be analyzed and they will be compared based on the results obtained in three international reports and different indicators of human capital to check if there is a correlation between them. To achieve this goal, the different stages in these educational systems will be detailed, as well as the nature of the same. Existing data in reports prepared by the OECD and similar entities as well as by the ministries of the countries concerned will be used. The aim is to know the impact of the differences between the three systems under study in the real economy. It also seeks to demonstrate the importance that education has to generate positive effects at the time of a greater incorporation into the labor market.
