Estudio de las principales líneas de acción para aprovechar el capital humano senior

Abstract

Mediante este trabajo, realizaremos un recorrido sobre las principales tendencias desde el mundo privado para aprovechar la oportunidad que supone la creciente presencia de un colectivo senior experimentado y con posibilidad de aportar su valioso trabajo. La mejora de las condiciones de vida y el alargamiento de la vida en buena salud, que pospone el gasto sanitario, han resultado en un incremento del capital senior, que sin embargo no es aprovechado como consecuencia del retiro efectivo. Este trabajo no se enfocará en cómo afrontar el problema del sostenimiento del estado del bienestar desde un punto de vista financiero, sino que indagará en la otra cara de la moneda, es decir, las oportunidades que aportan las nuevas tendencias demográficas. Para hacerlo, se analizarán las principales tendencias nacionales e internacionales que trabajan en esta línea, y se obtendrán unas conclusiones y reflexiones sobre el material estudiado.

Through this work, we will cover the main trends from the private world to take advantage of the opportunity of the growing presence of an experienced senior collective who can contribute with their valuable work. The improvement of living conditions and the lengthening of life in good health, which postpone health spending, have resulted in an increase in senior capital, which however is not taken advantage of by effective retirement. This paper will not focus on how to deal with the problem of sustaining the welfare state from a financial point of view, but will investigate on the other side of the coin, that is, the opportunities provided by the new demographic trends. To do so, the main national and international trends that work in this line will be analyzed, presenting the main conclusions and reflections on the material studied.
