“La identificación y protección de las victimas de trata de personas en el Derecho y la practica español”

Abstract

Conocida como la esclavitud del siglo XXI la trata de seres humanos es un fenómeno actual que atenta contra los más fundamentales derechos humanos. En España, los avances en la lucha contra tan execrable delito han sido innegables, no obstante, una multitud de indicadores siguen mostrando que no han sido suficientes, es por ello que este trabajo busca focalizar las carencias en lo que a mujeres víctimas de explotación sexual se refiere, llevando a cabo un análisis de los procesos de identificación, así como protección en España con una breve mención a la protección internacional que cualquier víctima de trata debería ostentar. Sin duda, se ha podido concluir sobre la necesidad de un radical cambio legislativo que impulse medidas coercitivas al respecto y coherente con las directrices y normas europeas e internacionales vinculantes para España así como, y no menos importante, un cambio en la conciencia social que permita hacer el problema visible.

Known as the slavery of the 21st century, human trafficking is a real phenomenon that goes against human rights. In Spain, the advances in the fight against such heinous crime have been undeniable, however, a multitude of indicators that show that they have not been sufficient, that focus on the victims of sexual exploitation. Refers, carrying out an analysis of the identification processes, as well as protection in Spain with a brief reference of the protection of international justice. Without doubt, it has been possible to conclude on the need for a radical legislative change that promotes coercive measures to the respect and with the binding European and international standards and norms for Spain as well as, and not least, a change in the social conscience that makes the problem visible.
