Relación entre libertad y ciudadanía en Roma

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre la relación entre libertad y ciudadanía en la antigua Roma en cuanto que ambos conceptos determinan limitaciones o graduaciones en la personalidad jurídica y en la capacidad de obrar, es decir, en la capacidad para la titularidad y el ejercicio de derechos, tanto en el orden público como en el privado.

This research document concerns the relationship between freedom and citizenship in the context of the Roman Empire, to the extent that the two concepts limit both the legal personality and the full legal ability to act, in other words, in the capacity to entitle and exercise rights, both in the public and private order.
