El cambio en las intervenciones humanitarias mediante el uso de la fuerza en Oriente Medio tras el cambio de Presidencia (Bush – Obama)

Abstract

Se analizarán los cambios en la política exterior de las dos administraciones en cuanto al uso de la fuerza por razones humanitarias (George W. Bush – Barack Obama) comparando sus actuaciones en Iraq y Afganistán, y las consecuencias que ambas políticas han tenido para la comunidad internacional pudiendo llegar a suponer un cambio de paradigma en la política exterior de Estados Unidos.

The main objective is to analyze the changes in the foreign policy of both administrations, regarding the use of force for humanitarian reasons, (George W. Bush - Barack Obama) This would be made throughout a comparison of their actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the consequences that both policies have had for the international community. The hypothesis would be to study if this circumstances can suppose a change of the United States foreign policy model.
