Chile, sus relaciones comerciales. ¿Han sido estas su impulso a ser el segundo país con mayor PIB per cápita en Suramérica?

Abstract

Actualmente Chile cuenta con el segundo mayor Producto Interior Bruto per Cápita de Suramérica. Es un fenómeno sorprendente debido a que el punto de partida de este país ha sido el mismo o incluso peor que otros países de esta zona. Es importante destacar la no pertenencia de Chile a Mercosur y a la vez ha tenido una positiva evolución de su economía. Se entiende que Chile ha desarrollado unas relaciones comerciales internacionales que le han llevado a tener esta estabilidad. Para poder dar respuesta a la pregunta de investigación, se va a analizar los acuerdos comerciales, exportaciones, a que países se exporta, importaciones y de que países se importa. El análisis comienza desde finales de la dictadura de Pinochet hasta la actualidad.

It is a surprising thing, since the starting point of the country was similar or even worse than the rest of the countries in the area. It is important to highlight that Chile is not a member of the Mercosur organization and at the same time it has had a positive evolution of its economy. It is understood that Chile has developed strong international commercial relations, which they have contributed to its stability. For answering the searching question, there is going to be an analysis of the commercial agreements, the exports, to which country they export, the imports and the countries they import from. The analysis is going to be made from the end of the Pinochet dictatorship to the present.
