Gibraltar ante el desafío del Brexit : un posible acuerdo de cosoberanía

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, estudia la situación del contencioso de Gibraltar ante el nuevo escenario del Brexit. El análisis, se enfoca desde el prisma de cuatro partes actoras, España, El Reino Unido, la Unión Europea y Gibraltar. A través de un breve estudio de la historia de Gibraltar del conflicto relativo a su soberanía, se dibujan las posturas que han ido manteniendo los distintos autores a lo largo de estos años, y en concreto, se analiza cual es la postura concreta que los actores respecto al Brexit. Así como las consecuencias que éste tiene para cada uno de ellos y las propuestas que plantean como solución al conflicto.

This Final Degree Project, studies the situation of the Gibraltar dispute before the new scenario of Brexit. The analysis focuses on the prism of four stakeholders, Spain, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Gibraltar. Through a brief study of the history of Gibraltar about the conflict regarding its sovereignty, the positions that have been maintained by the different authors throughout these years are drawn, and in particular, it is analysed which is the concrete position that the actors regarding Brexit. As well as the consequences that this has for each one of them and the proposals that they propose as a solution to the conflict.
