Análisis y síntesis de la evolución de la pobreza y de las desigualdades en España y en Francia

Abstract

Vivimos en un mundo donde la disparidad entre los más ricos y los más pobres esta cada día más amplia. En efecto la situación de pobreza y de desigualdades en los países está en perpetuo cambio. Afortunadamente los cambios son en mayoría negativos y cada trimestre o cada año el Banco mundial y el ONU publican datos que atestan de las evoluciones en cada país. Sabemos que existen instrumentos capaces de medir la pobreza o las desigualdades de forma fiable. Entonces una parte de nuestro trabajo de investigación consistirá en definir y explicar esos mismos índices de pobreza e indicadores de desigualdades. En el mismo tiempo tendremos que tener en cuenta que existen factores medibles y factores externos o aleatorios que influyen en la coyuntura de un país y del nivel de vida de sus habitantes, cómo una crisis económica, una catástrofe natural, guerra, conflictos políticos y muchos más. El hecho de acabar este año mis estudios en España y tener orígenes españoles me empujo a focalizar mi trabajo en la evolución histórica, de las situaciones de pobreza en España y en Francia. Lo que me parece muy interesante es la comparación entre ambos países y él estudio a través de elementos económicos reales y de las mediciones realizadas con los índices y instrumentos encontrados en mis investigaciones. En mi opinión es un tema muy interesante y muy clave en día de hoy porque las cosas van cambiando muy rápidamente y así se puede analizar realmente cómo se característica la pobreza y las desigualdades hoy en el mundo. El último objetivo de este trabajo fin de grado es de presentar los diferentes planes y las decisiones para el futuro que cambiaran o no la pobreza en el mundo.

We live in a world where the disparity between the richest and the poorest is becoming wider every day. In fact, the situation of poverty and inequality in the countries is in perpetual change. Fortunately, the changes are mostly negative and every quarter or every year the World Bank and the UN publish data that show the evolutions in each country. We know that there are instruments capable of measuring poverty or inequalities in a reliable way. Then part of our research work will be to define and explain those same poverty indices and indicators of inequalities. At the same time, we will have to take into account that there are measurable factors and external or random factors that influence the situation of a country and the standard of living of its inhabitants, such as an economic crisis, a natural catastrophe, war, political conflicts and many others. The fact of finishing my studies in Spain this year and having Spanish origins pushed me to focus my work on the historical evolution of situations of poverty in Spain and France. What I find very interesting is the comparison between both countries and he studied through real economic elements and the measurements made with the indexes and instruments found in my research. In my opinion, it is a very interesting and very important issue today because things are changing very quickly and, in this way, we can really analyse how poverty and inequalities are characterized in the world today. The final objective of this final project is to present the different plans and decisions for the future that will change or not poverty in the world.
