Climatización de un centro comercial en Oviedo

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo fin de máster es el diseño y definición de la instalación de climatización de un Centro Comercial ubicado en Oviedo, Asturias. Dado el edificio concreto a climatizar se tendrá que tener en cuenta la normativa correspondiente a este tipo de infraestructura. Se analizarán las condiciones climatológicas de la ubicación concreta tanto en régimen de verano como de invierno. Lo primero que se debe tener en cuenta para poder calcular y diseñar correctamente la instalación de climatización son los aspectos constructivos del edificio y la orientación de cada zona. Se deberá conocer también la iluminación, el tipo de actividad desarrollada, la ocupación… Las condiciones climatológicas exteriores también van a ser de relevancia en el cálculo de las cargas térmicas. Se deben tener en cuenta también los parámetros que definen las condiciones de confort en el interior del Centro Comercial. Las mismas están definidas en el Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas de los Edificios (RITE). La instalación de climatización se va a diseñar teniendo en cuenta el caso más desfavorable, es decir; se analizarán los resultados de las cargas térmicas para distintos días del año y para distintas horas seleccionando aquellos que correspondan al caso más límite. La instalación de climatización se encontrará debidamente ubicada en los planos del proyecto. Los catálogos de cada una de ellas se adjuntarán en los anexos. Se añadirá también un apartado donde se detallará el presupuesto de dicha instalación.

The objective of this master's thesis is the design and definition of the air conditioning system of a Shopping Center located in Oviedo, Asturias. It should be necessary to take into account the normative regarding to the building of study. The weather conditions of the specific location will be analyzed both in summer and winter. The first thing that must be taken into account in order to correctly calculate and design the HVAC installation is the construction aspects of the building and the orientation of each area. It should also know the lighting, the type of activity developed, the occupation ... The exterior weather conditions will also be relevant in the calculation of thermal loads.

The parameters defining the comfort conditions inside the Shopping Center must also be taken into account. They are defined in the Regulation of Thermal Installations of Buildings (RITE). The next step will be to select the specific air conditioning installation for the case study. Different options will be analyzed and given the conditions of the Shopping Center it is decided to carry out an air conditioning of the premises through fan coils, using air conditioners for the common areas of transit. The air conditioning system will be duly located in the project plans. The catalogs of each one of them will be attached in the annexes. A section will also be added where the budget of said installation will be detailed.
