Proyecto educativo en el autocuidado de la fístula arteriovenosa

Abstract

Este proyecto educativo pretende colaborar en la enseñanza y fomentar los autocuidados en los pacientes portadores de fístulas arteriovenosas. Nos centraremos en todos aquellos pacientes que tengan fístula arteriovenosa, ya sea reciente o pacientes portadores, que ya hayan recibido tratamiento con anterioridad. En las sesiones educativas elaboraremos unas actividades y pautas para conseguir unos autocuidados adecuados, llevar una actividad diaria lo más normal posible, y prevenir complicaciones en las fístulas arteriovenosas. Primero, se expondrán la fundamentación del estudio, en segundo lugar se realizará una breve introducción de los tipos de accesos vasculares y en tercer lugar se explicarán los cuidados y autocuidados necesarios en dichos pacientes.

This educational project aims to collaborate and teaching promoting about self-care to patients with arteriovenous fístula. We focus on all patients with arteriovenous fístula either in newborn patients, or patients who were carriers of arteriovenous fístulas and have been treated before with this dispositive. The educational sessions about activities was elaborated guidelines to achieve adequate self-care, and lead activity as normal, explain how is possible and prevent complications in arteriovenous fístulas. First the foundation of the study will be presented, secondly will be held a brief introduction of the types of vascular access care and thirdly then be explained and self-care in such patients.
