Las motivaciones del voluntariado en la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICAI-ICADE

Abstract

El Trabajo Fin de Máster que se ha realizado versa sobre las motivaciones del voluntariado en la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICAI-ICADE. Se analiza el perfil personal, el perfil motivacional y las diferencias significativas entre las diversas motivaciones según la clasificación de la muestra que se haga. Se exponen los aprendizajes más valiosos que han proporcionado las acciones de voluntariado a los estudiantes de esta Universidad mediante una pregunta abierta del cuestionario utilizado. La metodología aplicada para la realización de este trabajo ha sido una encuesta que figura dentro del capítulo 3 del libro El voluntariado transforma si sabemos cómo. La culminación de este trabajo se presenta a modo de conclusiones, indicándose la categorización del voluntario/a en la universidad Pontificia de Comillas, tanto a nivel personal como a nivel motivacional.

The Final Master Project that has been done, is about volunteering’s motivations at Pontificia de Comillas UNIVERSITY. The personal profile and motivational and the significant variations between the different motivations are analysed according the classification of the sample. The most valuable learnings that the actions of volunterring have provided to the students of this university, are presented in this project through an open question of the questionaire used. A survey that appeared within Chapter 3 of the book El voluntariado transforma si sabemos cómo, has been the metodology applied for the ejecution of this project. The colmination of the project is presented by a way of conclusions, being indicated the categorization of volunteer in this University, both at personal and motivational levels.
