Climatización de un edificio singular

Abstract

Este proyecto persigue como objetivo el diseño integral de la instalación de climatización de un aeropuerto en Murcia. Dicha instalación de climatización se diseñará de tal modo que tenga la capacidad para asegurar que en el interior del edificio se establezcan las condiciones de confort, así como de salud e higiene. Del mismo modo, se asegurará el cumplimiento de las condiciones técnicas y legales de acuerdo con lo establecido por norma para este tipo de edificios. El diseño de la instalación de climatización contemplará tanto el diseño para invierno como para verano, por lo que tanto el diseño de la instalación como todos los cálculos requeridos con este fin serán realizados para invierno y verano. El aeropuerto se compone principalmente de grandes espacios, donde se instalará un sistema de vigas frías activas para refrigeración, y un sistema de suelo radiante para calefacción. En los pequeños recintos se instalarán fancoils, al ser más adecuado para estos. El sistema de refrigeración será combinado con UTAs, las cuales tratarán el aire de renovación hasta llevarlo a las condiciones de confort, venciendo así la carga de ventilación. Todos los equipos del sistema de climatización serán diseñados y dimensionados atendiendo a la demanda en cada de uno de los diferentes recitos. La disposición de los mismo en cada uno de los recintos será estratégicamente seleccionada, la cual se muestra en los planos. Por último, se diseñarán el resto de los elementos necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento de la instalación (bombas, calderas, grupos frigoríficos, conductos, tuberías, …). Una vez completado el diseño integral de la instalación, se analizará su coste, el cual supondrá una partida importante entre los distintos costes del diseño y construcción del aeropuerto.

The project herein presented pursues the purpose of fully designing the air conditioning system of an airport located in Murcia, Spain. The air conditioning system will be designed ensuring enough capacity to accomplish the comfort, hygiene and health conditions inside the building at any moment. In the same way, it will be ensured the accomplishment of the legal and technical conditions according to the regulations related to this kind of building. The design of the air conditioning system will cover the design for both winter and summer. In this way, all the calculations required on this purpose will consider both winter and summer. The airport mainly consists of large open spaces, where a chilled beams system will be installed for cooling and a radiant floor for heating. In the few small rooms, fancoils will be installed as these are more accurate for small volume rooms. The air conditioning system will be combined with an air handling unit, which will treat the renovation air and set it to the comfort conditions existing inside the room, thus overcoming the ventilation heating load. All the different equipment of the air conditioning system will be designed and dimensioned attending to the demand in each of the spaces. The disposition and location of them in each of the rooms is strategically selected, which is shown in the drawings. Then, the rest of the elements required to a proper performance of the installation (pump, refrigerating unit, conducts, piping…). Once the full design of the installation has been completed, an economic study is performed to assess the total real cost of the air conditioning system.
