Conflictos bilaterales que afectan a la frontera de un tercer territorio

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar, a través de tres acontecimientos históricos, de tres siglos diferentes, los distintos patrones que ha podido seguir la política exterior de grandes potencias a la hora de lidiar con conflictos de carácter colonial y fronterizo. De esta manera, podremos sacar conclusiones acerca de la manera en la que, históricamente, estos países han actuado con respecto a sus colonias en distintos territorios. Se estudiará qué condiciones cambian de un caso a otro y las razones que llevaron a los estados en cuestión a actuar de una manera o de otra. Asimismo, este trabajo pretende dar una amplia perspectiva sobre la filosofía de los conflictos fronterizos, así como sus causas, desarrollo y consecuencias que pudieran acarrear a nivel interior y exterior, en cuanto a lo que el país o los países afectados respecta.

The aim of this work is to study, through three historical events, from three different centuries, the different patterns that the foreign policy of great powers has been able to follow when dealing with colonial and border conflicts. In this way, we will be able to draw conclusions about the way in which, historically, these countries have acted with respect to their colonies in different territories. We will study what conditions change from one case to another and the reasons that led the states in question to act in one way or another. In addition, this paper aims to give a broad perspective on the philosophy of border conflicts, as well as their causes, development and consequences that they may have at the internal and external level, as far as the affected country or countries are concerned.
