Climatización de un Edificio de Oficinas en Orense

Abstract

El objeto de este proyecto es la climatización de un edificio de oficinas en Orense. Para ello, se establecerán las condiciones técnicas y legales a las que han de ajustarse las instalaciones de climatización.

El edificio en cuestión tiene seis plantas sobre rasante, incluyendo planta baja. La entrada principal se encuentra en esta última. Las oficinas se encuentran en las plantas 1ª a 5ª con una separación de 4,70 m, lo que permite disponer de una altura libre de suelo a forjado de unos 4 m. La superficie total construida sobre rasante es de 43.952 m2.

Para garantizar la correcta climatización del edificio, se partirán de las condiciones más desfavorables tanto en invierno como en verano. Las condiciones de confort a climatizar el interior son de 24 ºC y 50% HR en verano y 22 ºC y 30-65% HR en invierno.

Una vez calculadas las cargas térmicas de los distintos módulos del edificio, el siguiente paso será la selección de equipos. El sistema de climatización que se adoptará es mediante el empleo de climatizadores de aire primario y fancoils de cassette de 4 tubos. Los primeros se encargan de tratar el aire exterior para luego mandarlo a los fancoils situados en los módulos.

La red de tuberías y conductos por la que circulan el agua y el aire respectivamente se han diseñado teniendo en cuenta los límites establecidos por la normativa. Estos son de 30 mm.c.a y 2 m/s en el caso de la red de tuberías, y de 0,1 mm.c.a. y 10 m/s en el caso de la red de conductos.

Otros equipos necesarios son las bombas, que se seleccionan en función de las pérdidas de la red de tuberías, los equipos frigoríficos y las calderas, además de otros elementos auxiliares. El presupuesto total asciende a 5.438.867,91 €.

The purpose of this project is the air conditioning of an offices building in Orense. To do so, the technical and legal conditions to which the air conditioning installation has to stick to will be established.

The building in question has six floors above ground, including the ground floor. The main entrance is in the latter. The offices are on the 1st to the 5th floor with a separation of 4.70 m. The total surface constructed on ground is 43.952 m2.

Since the purpose of the air conditioning system is to counteract thermal imbalances under any circumstances, the worst exterior conditions will be considered. The comfort conditions to air-condition the interior are 24ºC and 50% RH in summer and 22ºC and 30-65% RH in winter.

Once the thermal loads of the different modules of the building have been calculated, the next step will be the selection of the equipment. The air conditioning system that will be adopted is through the use of primary air conditioners and 4-tube cassette fancoils. The former are responsible for treating the outside air and sending it to the fancoils located in the modules.

The network of pipes and ducts through which water and air circulate respectively have been designed taking into account the limits established by the regulations. These are 30 mmH2O and 2 m/s in the case of the pipes network, and 0.1 mmH2O and 10 m/s in the case of the ducts network.

Other necessary equipment are the pumps, which are selected according to the losses of the pipe network, the refrigeration equipment and the boilers, in addition to other auxiliary elements. The total budget amounts to € 5,438,867.91 €.
