Estudio sobre la financiación recibida por las startups españolas y los hitos alcanzados con dicha financiación

Abstract

El emprendimiento ha evolucionado mucho en los últimos años en nuestro país. La crisis del 2008 marcó un antes y un después en la vida de millones de personas además de cambiar la actitud de la población. España no es Sillicon Valley, pero si tiene un palmarés de grandes startups que crecieron dentro de nuestras fronteras y que han ido triunfando a nivel global. No obstante, independientemente del éxito o fracaso, todas se han enfrentado a un gran reto: la financiación. Por lo que con este trabajo trataré de dar respuesta a las incógnitas que marcan el rumbo de las startups en este ámbito. Analizando tanto startups como agentes inversores trataré de clarificar los hitos comunes para pasar a la siguiente fase de crecimiento.

Entrepreneurship in Spain has truly evolved in the recent years. The crisis of 2008 was a turning point for millions of Spaniards and has changed the attitude of the whole population. Spain is not Silicon Valley, but it does have a list of great startups that grew within their borders and that have succeeded globally. However, regardless of their success or failure, they all have faced a major challenge: funding. The aim of the project is to find an answer for the unknowns that lead the direction of startups in this area. By analyzing startups and funding players I hope to clarify the milestones to keep on growing.
