La banca privada en Europa

Abstract

El presente trabajo exploratorio habla sobre la banca privada en Europa. Para ello, se ha realizado una revisión literaria explicando el entorno económico, legal, social y tecnológico; el sector de la banca privada en sí; y la importancia de dicho sector en tres países europeos (España, Suiza y Reino Unido). La banca privada, es un sector en el que el foco principal está centrado en el cliente, y por factores del entorno ha tenido que adaptarse para poder dar el servicio recomendado y continuar su crecimiento. Este trabajo contribuye académica y profesionalmente explorando los problemas que sufre el sector de la banca privada en Europa y las soluciones que se han tomado al respecto, además de contribuir a líneas de investigación futuras resultando de gran utilidad tener en el mismo trabajo dicho análisis de la banca privada junto con las características de tres países importantes en este sector.

This exploratory paper talks about private banking in Europe. To this end, a literary review has been carried out explaining the economic, legal, social and technological environment; the private banking sector itself; and the importance of this sector in three European countries (Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom). Private banking is a sector in which the main focus is centered on the customer, and due to environmental factors, it has had to adapt in order to provide the recommended service and continue to growing the business. This work contributes academically and professionally by exploring the problems suffered by the private banking sector in Europe and the solutions that have been taken in this respect, as well as contributing to future lines of research, being very useful to have in the same work this analysis together with the characteristics of three countries.
