Manifestaciones del hecho asocitativo en Roma

Abstract

Desde su primera aparición en tiempos de la monarquía, las asociaciones romanas siempre han estado en un estado de constante cambio. El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre la evolución de su regulación entre los años 200 a.C. y 7 d.C. correspondientes al final de la era republicana, y sobre el estudio de algunos de los casos más notorios que protagonizaron este tipo de asociaciones.

Since their first appearance during the Roman Monarchy, roman associations have been in a state of constant change. This research study concerns both the evolution that their regulation suffered between 200 BC and 7 AD, dates corresponding to the late Republican Era, and some of the most notorious cases in which this type of associations were involved.
