Violencia ascendente : revisión de programas de intervención y eficacia

Abstract

La violencia filio-parental es una problemática que ha ido en aumento en los últimos años. Las consecuencias que tiene en víctimas, pero también en agresores son devastadoras, algo que se desconoce por la poca visibilidad que tiene este problema. La violencia filio-parental se entiende como un tipo de violencia en el ámbito familiar donde se producen conductas de agresión física, verbal o no verbal por parte de hijos a padres. Se centrará la importancia del trabajo en la revisión de programas de intervención existentes para abordar la problemática y la comprobación de si estos tienen o no eficacia en los agresores. Existe una amplia gama de programas de tratamiento, adaptados al contexto familiar y social de la persona, así como la personalidad del sujeto. La comprobación de esta eficacia se puede observar de dos maneras diferentes, viendo por un lado la existencia o no de reincidencia por parte del joven una vez terminado el tratamiento y, por otro lado, mediante la reincorporación o no del joven a la sociedad. Todo esto sustentado sobre la base legal y las respuestas judiciales que se dan ante esta problemática, de las cuales se derivan el tipo de tratamiento a aplicar con el agresor.

Adolescent violence toward parents is a problem that has been increasing in recent years. The consequences on victims but also perpetrators are devastating, something that is not known because of the low visibility that this problema has. Adolescent violence toward parents is understood as a kind of violence in the family where behaviors of physical aggression, verbal or non-verbal is produced by children to parents. This proyect will be focused in reviewing the different intervention programs that exist to afford this problem and also it will check whether they have or not effectiveness on the aggressors. It exists a wide range of intervention programs adapted to the family and social context of the victim and also to the personality of the aggressor. Checking this effectiveness can be seen in two different ways. On the one hand by the verification of the existence or not of recidivism on the young once treatment ends and on the other hand, by the reinstatement or noto f the aggressor on the society. All this is supported on the legal basis and judicial measures that are given to this problem, from which is derived the type of treatment that will be applied to the aggressor.
