Innovación Agroalimentaria en España: Investigación y Transferencia de resultados.

Abstract

En este proyecto se busca explicar con detalle la importancia que tiene y tendrá el sector agroalimentario en España y el papel que juega la innovación en este sector. Son numerosos los avances tecnológicos que se están desarrollando actualmente en este sector. Sin embargo, durante el desarrollo del proyecto se verá que queda un largo camino por recorrer para colocar a España junto con los países europeos más innovadores en el sector agroalimentario. También se analizará con detalle cómo se produce la transferencia de resultados en el sector agroalimentario y los principales centros que se encargan de desarrollar las tecnologías disruptivas desde su fase de investigación, así como las principales áreas de aplicación.

This project seeks to explain in detail the importance of the agrifood sector in Spain and the role that innovation plays in this sector. There are many technological advances that are currently in this sector. However, during the development of the project it will be seen that there is a long way to go to place Spain together with the most innovative European countries in the agri-food sector. It will also analyze in detail how the transfer of results will take place in the agri-food sector and the main centers that are responsible for developing disruptive technologies since their research phase, as well as the main areas of application.
