Psicología del perdón : análisis desde la justicia restaurativa y la reconciliación

Abstract

El presente trabajo bibliográfico intenta abordar la complejidad de los procesos de perdón y reconciliación desde la perspectiva de la justicia restaurativa. De esta forma, hemos podido analizar el rol que tiene el psicólogo dentro de la justicia restaurativa, y como esta fomenta los procesos de perdón y reconciliación a través de los diferentes programas que propone la Fundación para la Reconciliación. La unión de ambos procesos con la Justicia restaurativa, crean un espacio cuanto menos liberador, que da la oportunidad tanto a la víctima como al victimario, de conocer la verdad y reparar el daño causado. Todo ello, fomenta la creación de nexos de unión entre víctimas y agresores, favoreciendo así, la comprensión de la otra persona y la humanización de la Justicia.

The present bibliographic paper attempts an approach to the forgiveness and reconciliation processes, from the perspective of the restorative justice. Thus, it was possible to analice the role that a psychologist has in the restorative justice and how it promotes processes of forgiveness and reconciliation through the different programs that the Foundation for the Forgiveness proposes. The binding between both processes with the restorative justice creates a space at least liberating, which offers the opportunity both to the offended and the offender to know the truth and repair the caused damage. All of it, promotes the construction of bonds between offended and offender, stimulating in this manner the comprehension of the other person and the humanization of justice
