Valoración del Real Madrid C.F. para su posible salida a bolsa

Abstract

En este trabajo se va a valorar el Real Madrid C.F. Es uno de los equipos más grandes del mundo y uno de los más valiosos. Pero dado que no cotiza en bolsa su valor no es tan cierto como el de otros equipos o empresas que si lo hacen. Este trabajo busca obtener ese valor. Se analizan con detalle sus partidas y sobre todo la cuenta de Pérdidas y Ganancias. Tras la valoración inicial se plantean supuestos diversos para ver cómo afectan a la valoración.

The aim of this work is to value the Real Madrid C.F. it is one of the most important sports team of the world and one of the most valuable. But because it is not listed, its value is not as certain as other teams and companies that are listed. This work tries to obtain that value. Its Financial Statements are analysed carefully, especially the Profit & Loss account. After the valuation, some hypotheses are changed to see how that change affect to the valuation.
