Crisis migratoria de venezolanos a Colombia. Una mirada desde la acción humanitaria y el trabajo social

Abstract

El fenómeno migratorio que experimenta Colombia a causa del éxodo masivo de venezolanos y colombianos retornados, que huyen de la crisis política, económica y social marcada por violaciones masivas de derechos humanos, violencia e inseguridad, la grave crisis alimentaria y sanitaria en la cual está inmersa Venezuela, es el panorama del presente trabajo de fin de Grado. La finalidad es poner en valor el vínculo entre Trabajo Social y Acción Humanitaria. Para ello, se pretende acercar al estudio de esa problemática social a través del análisis del “Plan de respuesta a flujos migratorios mixtos desde Venezuela”, adenda del Plan de Respuesta Humanitaria 2018 para Colombia. Y, a partir del análisis, determinar unos hallazgos y recomendaciones desde el Trabajo Social.

The migration phenomenon that Colombia experiences caused by the mass exodus of returned Venezuelans and Colombians fleeing from the political, economic and social crisis marked by massive violations of Human Rights, violence and insecurity, the serious food and health crisis in which Venezuela is immersed, is the focus of attention in this final degree thesis. The aim of this degree thesis is to value the link between social work and Humanitarian Action for this, it is intended to approach the study of this social problem, through the analysis of “the mixed migratory flows response plan from Venezuela” Addend to the Humanitarian response plan 2018 for Colombia. and from the analysis, determine some findings and recommendations from the Social Work.
