22.0.0.0). Background: Cerebral Palsy is a very important cause of chilhood disability and the physiotherapist must have an essencial paper in the child´s rehab. There is a lack of scientific evidence about the treatments for Children cerebral Palsy, that´s why, in a physiotherapy´s point of view we need an investigation to discover new therapies that help the child´sn improvement, and our election is the Perfetti Therapy. Objetive: study the posible incorporation of the Perfetti Method to the spastic Children cerebral Palsy´s treatment. Design: experimental study: analityc, randomized, longitudinal, prospective and unicentric. Methodology: our study is going to be based on spastic cerebral Palsy pacients. To be able to participate in the study, the subjets should have some incusion and exclusión criteria. We are going to divide them in two randomized groups, one of them will be treated with Bobath and an usual treatment and the other one will be treated with Perfetti and an usual treatment. We will make three measures of our variable (plantar flexion ROM, spasticity and dorsal flexion ROM) one before th treatment, other one in the middle of the treatment and the last one after the treatment and we will compare the results. The stadistical analysis will be carried out by the IBMS SPSS statics |
