El desarrollo de la autoeficacia docente colectiva para la mejora de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la universidad

Abstract

El presente trabajo recoge los resultados de la investigación actual en torno a la relación entre la autoeficacia docente colectiva del profesorado y los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Además, ofrece orientaciones para el desarrollo y el mantenimiento de este tipo de creencias colectivas no solo en los equipos docentes sino también en los estudiantes a los que se enseña, pues cultivar la autoeficacia colectiva de los propios alumnos es un resultado de aprendizaje pretendido con un notable valor formativo.

This paper offer the results of the current investigation around the relation between the collective teacher efficacy and the teaching and learning processes. In addition, it offers guidelines for the development and maintenance of this type of collective beliefs not only in the teaching teams but also in the students to whom it is taught, since cultivating the collective self-efficacy of the students themselves is a result of the intended learning with a remarkable formative value.
