DESCRIPCIÓN DE POLÍTICAS MEDIOAMBIENTALES. ANÁLISIS DE CASOS CONCRETOS Y SU IMPACTO EN LA ECONOMÍA

Abstract

Este trabajo se centra en analizar políticas ecológicas en España y su repercusión tanto económica como ecológica. Primero se centra en estudiar la importancia a nivel político que ha tenido el medio ambiente, analizando cada partido, sus puntos en medio ambiente, los movimientos sociales centrados en el ámbito ecológico y su evolución. Las dos políticas en las que se centra a analizar son Madrid Central y el Impuesto al sol y su derogación. En ambos, al igual que anteriormente en el trabajo, se dan datos de por que son necesarias las políticas verdes en España, los antecedentes, y los impactos tanto positivos y negativos que tienen ambas en la economía y en el medio ambiente. Ambas incorporan elementos que afectan tanto a empresas como a particulares, y mientras que Madrid Central es más local y el Impuesto al Sol más nacional, ambos efectos son claros, disminuyendo la contaminación atmosférica del país y afectando tanto positivamente como negativamente en términos económicos tanto al gobierno como a pequeñas y grandes empresas.

This paper focuses on analysing ecological policies in Spain and their economic and ecological impact. First, it focuses on studying the political importance that the environment has had, analysing each party, its points on the environment, the social movements focused on the ecological field and their evolution. The two policies on which he focuses his analysis are Madrid Central and the Sun Tax and its repeal. In both, as in the previous work, data is given on why green policies are necessary in Spain, the background, and both the positive and negative impacts that both have on the economy and the environment.
