Abstract

El presente documento tienen como objetivo crear un plan de negocio para analizar la viabilidad de la creación de una empresa. La empresa consiste en un espacio para poder realizar todo tipo de eventos, empresariales y familiares durante todo el año. Al mismo tiempo, hay que destacar que los clientes no solo tienen la posibilidad de alquilar el espacio, sino que también se les ofrece un servicio de “wedding planner” para que puedan tener todo organizado a la perfección y de este modo disfrutar del evento sin tener ninguna preocupación y un servicio de alquiler de coches clásicos para quien desee vivir una experiencia innovadora. El objetivo de crear esta idea de negocio, es poder ofrecer un espacio singular que consiga que cada cliente viva una experiencia única. Ofreciendo al mismo tiempo las mejores instalaciones con un diseño con gusto, acogedor, diferente y un servicio de calidad. Por este motivo, se busca un lugar pintoresco y con una esencia distinta a lo que se puede encontrar en el centro de Madrid.

The purpose of this document is to create a business plan to analyse the feasibility of creating a company. The company consists of a space to carry out all kinds of events, business and family throughout the year. At the same time, it should be noted that clients not only have the possibility of renting the space, but also are offered a "wedding planner" service so that they can have everything organized perfectly and thus enjoy the event without having any worries. On the other hand, we also offer a classic car rental service for those who want to live an innovative experience.

The aim of creating this business idea is to offer a unique space that makes each client live a unique experience. Offering at the same time the best facilities with a tasteful and different design and a quality service. For this reason, we are looking for a picturesque place with a different essence to what can be found in the centre of Madrid.
