ETA: la serpiente que envenenó la democracia

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado pretende abordar el conflicto de ETA desde los inicios hasta el declive de la organización. Se hará un recorrido por las medidas políticas y penitenciarias que se tomaron para afrontar la lucha contra ETA, y se analizará el papel de la Justicia Transicional en asuntos de terrorismo. Con este trabajo, además, se han tenido en cuenta distintas visiones, incluida la del Gobierno Vasco, porque si el terrorismo de ETA supuso una amenaza para la sociedad española, de manera especial afectó al País Vasco. Por último, no he querido dejar pasar la oportunidad de recordar a las víctimas, gracias a ellas hoy podemos vivir en libertad.

The present project is intended to address the ETA conflict from the beginning to the end of the organization. The present document will go over the political measures and prison policies that were made to approach the fight against ETA, as well as analyze the role of the Transitional Justice in terrorism-related issues. All throughout the development of the project, different views have been taken into account, including those of the Basque Government as the Basque Country was specially affected by the threat of the ETA terrorism in Spain. Finally, I don't wanna miss the opportunity to remember the victims, which made it possible to live in freedom today.
