Entrevista con víctimas de abuso sexual infantil

Abstract

La victimización sexual de los menores es un problema alarmantemente presente en el panorama actual que merece especial atención. El abuso sexual infantil supone una experiencia traumática que siempre va a tener consecuencias negativas asociadas para quién lo sufre, a pesar de que la experiencia de cada uno es particular y los efectos o reacciones tanto en el corto como en el largo plazo van a variar de unas víctimas a otras. Con este trabajo se pretende realizar una revisión exhaustiva de los efectos que puede tener una experiencia de abuso sexual sobre las víctimas y las variables que influyen sobre estos. El principal objetivo de este estudio es identificar las claves que debe tener una entrevista de evaluación con estas víctimas, revisando los principales protocolos existentes y tratando de extraer las características esenciales para lograr una técnica que permita obtener la máxima información posible causando el menor daño a la víctima, ya que la máxima de toda intervención con víctimas debe ser siempre evitar la revictimización.

The sexual victimization of children is a disturbingly present problem in the current scenario which deserves special attention. Child sexual abuse is a traumatic experience which will always have negative consequences associated for the abused, despite the fact that everyone's experience is particular and the effects or reactions in both the short and long term will vary from one victim to another. The aim of this work is to carry out an exhaustive review of the effects that an experience of sexual abuse can have on victims and the variables that influence them. The main objective of this study is to identify the keys that an assessment interview with these victims should have, reviewing the main existing protocols and trying to extract the essential characteristics to achieve a technique that allows the maximum information possible to be obtained causing the least harm to the victim, since the maxim of any intervention with victims should always be to avoid re-victimization.
