Abstract

En el presente trabajo se va tratar el tema de la prostitución desde diferentes perspectivas con el fin de dar visibilidad a este fenómeno. Desde el ámbito jurídico-normativo; la relación y diferencia existente entre prostitución y trata; las repercusiones económicas derivadas de esta práctica; los problemas que surgen de ejercer la prostitución; las diferentes posturas existente ante este fenómeno y por último el papel del hombre en al prostitución. A lo largo de todo el trabajo se va a tratar de informar de manera objetiva acerca de los beneficios e inconvenientes encontrados acerca de si legalizar o no esta práctica, ligado a las conclusiones personales de la autora de este trabajo en referencia a los datos encontrados.

In this paper, prostitution will be treated from different perspectives in order to give visibility to this phenomenon. From the legal field; the relationship and differences between prostitution and women trafficking; the economic repercussions derived from this practice; the problems that arise from practicing prostitution; the different positions that exist in relation to this phenomenon and finally the role of men in prostitution. Throughout the work we will try to inform in an objective way about the benefits and disadvantages found about whether to legalize this practice or not, linked to the personal conclusions of the author of this work in reference to the data found.
