Abuso Sexual Infantil y la evaluación del testimonio y detección a través de técnicas proyectivas

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda el tema del abuso sexual infantil, llevando a cabo una revisión bibliográfica acerca de la situación actual de esta problemática desde las perspectivas: psicológica, abordando los posibles indicadores existentes; judicial, revisando las distintas penas y líneas gradativas para este tipo de delitos en nuestro país y social, indicando los principales mitos y creencias erróneas que es habitual encontrar en lo referente al abuso sexual infantil. Además, se identifican las diversas secuelas que provoca la situación abusiva tanto a largo como a corto plazo y la detección de este a través de los indicadores presentes en las pruebas proyectivas, concretamente el HTP, herramientas que, al pertenecer a la esfera cotidiana de los menores, sirven como medios para la expresión de aquellos contenidos que no son capaces de transmitir verbalmente y por lo tanto permiten revelar la situación abusiva mediante un conjunto de indicadores.

The current work addresses the issue of child sexual abuse, carrying out a bibliographic review about the current situation of this problem from three different perspectives: psychological, addressing possible indicators; judicial, reviewing the different penalties and lines for this type of crime in our country and social, indicating the main myths and false beliefs that are commonly found in relation to child sexual abuse. In addition the various sequelae that the abusive situation causes both in the long and short term are identified and also its detection through the indicators present in the projective tests, specifically the HTP, tools that, by belonging to the daily sphere of the minors, serve as means for the expression of those contents that they are not able to transmit verbally and therefore allow the abusive situation to be revealed through a set of indicators.
