Justicia : problemas cristianos y marxistas

Abstract

A partir de un análisis de tres diferentes puntos de vista de justicia: jurídica, marxista y cristiana. Este trabajo busca transmitir las ideas tanto comunes: alcanzar la igualdad de los hombres; como las ideas contrarias: el aspecto social de una, el jurídico y el elemento cristiano y de amor de la última. Con ello se pretende hacer un estudio de como este concepto ha ido evolucionando y importante que es la justicia en una sociedad. Por último, se espera poder ofrecer una visión clara de que a pesar de las diferencias que estos tipos de justicia pueden ofrecer, el fin es una convivencia pacífica humana.

Based on an analysis of three different points of view of justice: Legal, Marxist and Christian. This work seeks to transmit the common ideas: achieving equality of men; and the opposite ideas: the social aspect of one, the juridical and the Christian and love element of the last one. The aim is to study how this concept has evolved and how justice is such an important value for a society. Finally, it is hoped to offer a clear vision that despite the differences that these types of justice can bring, the end is a peaceful human coexistence.
