El camino hacia una mayor seguridad Energética Europea a través del GNL. Caso de estudio: España

Abstract

Como principal potencia importadora de energía, la Unión Europea busca garantizar la seguridad de abastecimiento energético a través de la configuración del mercado interior de la energía, es decir, mejorando las interconexiones entre los Estados miembros, la diversificación de suministro, y la elaboración de una política energética exterior coherente. En este trabajo la autora, desde una visión geopolítica y centrándose en el sector gasista europeo, analizará los esfuerzos realizados hasta el momento y los retos aún por solucionar.

As the main energy importing power, the European Union seeks security of energy supply through the configuration of the internal energy market, that is, by improving the interconnections between the Member States, the diversification of supply and the development of a coherent external energy policy. In this work the author, from a geopolitical vision and focusing on the European gas sector, will analyse the efforts made so far and the challenges still to be solved.
