Climatización de un edificio a definir - 3

Abstract

El objeto de este proyecto consiste en la climatización de un hotel situado en Castilla-La Mancha, más concretamente, en la ciudad de Toledo. El proyecto se realiza en base a un Reglamento y las correctas condiciones técnicas y legales. El proyecto se realizará con el fin de la confortabilidad y comodidad del propio hotel. Para ello, se realizará a través de un sistema de refrigeración ajustándose en los días más calurosos de verano y los días más fríos de invierno. El hotel consta de cuatro edificios. En los edificios 1, 2, 3 se encuentran las habitaciones y en el edificio 4 se encuentran las zonas comunes: el restaurante, la zona de espectáculos o la cocina, son algunas de las zonas. Dentro de los edificios, en donde se encuentran las habitaciones, hay tres plantas: planta baja, primera planta y segunda planta con cubierta. Para realizar una buena climatización se han estudiado las condiciones en las que se encuentra el edificio: Ubicación exacta, los planos del hotel, cantidad de pared y vidrio, tipo de iluminación, número promedio de personas, cubiertas o similares… Se realizan los cálculos de cargas de invierno y de verano. Se eligen los aparatos necesarios para climatizar las estancias. Se realiza la red de conductos y tuberías. Se van a distribuir en cada planta a través de dos verticales diferentes, debido a que las plantas son muy extensas. Se eligen las bombas necesarias, la caldera y el aparato frigorífico. Se hace un análisis a fondo acerca de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. Por último, se realiza el presupuesto económico.

The purpose of this project is to air-condition a hotel located in Castilla-La Mancha, more specifically in the city of Toledo. The project is being carried out on the basis of regulations and the correct technical and legal conditions. The project will be carried out with the aim of ensuring the comfort and convenience of the hotel itself. To this end, it will be carried out through a cooling system adjusted to the hottest days of summer and the coldest days of winter. The hotel consists of four buildings. In buildings 1, 2, 3 are the rooms and in building 4 are the common areas: the restaurant, the entertainment area, or the kitchen, are some of the areas. Inside the buildings, where the rooms are located, there are three floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor with a roof. In order to make a good air conditioning, the conditions in which the building is located have been studied: exact location, the hotel plans, amount of wall and glass, type of lighting, average number of people, roofs or similar... Winter and summer load calculations are performed. The necessary equipment for air-conditioning the rooms is chosen. The network of ducts and pipes is made. They will be distributed in each floor through two different verticals, due to the fact that the floors are very extensive. The necessary pumps, the boiler and the refrigerating apparatus are chosen. An in-depth analysis is made of the Sustainable Development Objectives. Finally, the economic budget is made.
