PASAPORTE A LA PAZ INTERIOR “El Trabajo Social como herramienta de recuperación para las víctimas del terrorismo”

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado pretender abordar el después tras un acto terrorista, desde la protección con la que cuentan las víctimas, ya sea desde la Ley Nacional e Internacional que las ampara o el papel fundamental que se desarrolla desde el campo del Trabajo Social, hasta la puesta en marcha de diferentes programas de justicia restaurativa por el cual las dos partes que quedan unidas tras el atentado, víctima y victimario, pretenden alcanzar su paz interior.

Para analizar el fenómeno de la justicia restaurativa, el proyecto está centrado en lo que ocurrió en el País Vasco no hace mucho tiempo, y para tener una mirada más global se ha tenido en cuenta distintas visiones y programas.

The present Final Degree Project aims to address the aftermath of a terrorist act, from the protection that the victims have, either from the National and International Law that protects them or the fundamental role that is developed from the field of Social Work, until the launch of different restorative justice programs, where both victim and victimizer, seek to achieve their inner peace.

In order to analyze the phenomenon of restorative justice, the Project is focused on what happened in the Basque Country not long ago. Also, to have a more global perspective, different visions and programs have been taken into account.
