Análisis comparado de la Educación STEM en los currículos de Reino Unido y España : proyecto de investigación

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado presenta un análisis de Educación Comparada entre Reino Unido y España vinculado a la Educación STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). Analizamos la enseñanza-aprendizaje de la ciencia, la tecnología, la ingeniería y las matemáticas como un campo integrado capaz de responder a las competencias y actitudes que requieren los futuros ciudadanos en la sociedad actual y venidera. Realizamos un recorrido por la concepción del acrónimo STEM y luego abordamos la investigación de los dos objetos de estudio (Reino Unido y España). Por último, realizamos un análisis comparado entre algunos elementos del currículo de España y Reino Unido en busca de elementos STEM presentes en ambos currículos desde el marco de la etapa de Educación Primaria.

This Final Degree Project presents an analysis of Comparative Education between the United Kingdom and Spain identified with STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). We analyze the teaching-learning of science, the technology, the engineering and the mathematics as an integrated field capable of responding to the skills and attitudes that future citizens require in today's and future society. We made a tour of the conception of the acronym STEM and then we tackled the investigation of the two objects of study (United Kingdom and Spain). Finally, we carried out a comparative analysis between some elements of the curriculum in Spain and the United Kingdom in search of STEM elements present in both curricula from the framework of the Primary Education stage.
