Plan de Negocio de una Start-up innovadora

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el proceso de creación y la viabilidad de una empresa o startup. El principal objeto de esta nueva empresa es el desarrollo y el lan-zamiento de ADE César, una aplicación o App digital educativa especializada en áreas de Derecho y ADE y con un formato y unas dinámicas esencialmente gamifica-das que permiten al usuario aprender de forma amena, divertida y constante. ADE Cé-sar ofrecerá cursos, lecciones y juegos didácticos sobre cuestiones tanto introductorias como más avanzadas del ámbito legal y de empresa, de forma accesible para toda clase de públicos. A lo largo de este trabajo, se estudiarán las diferentes dimensiones y magnitudes nece-sarias para garantizar el éxito del proyecto. Primero, se explicará en profundidad la idea del proyecto. En segundo lugar, se llevará a cabo un plan estratégico para estudiar el sector y el entorno. Seguidamente, se analizará el equipo y los socios necesarios, así como el plan de marketing. Finalmente, se desarrolla un plan financiero, sobre el cual se determina la viabilidad del negocio y se establecen unas conclusiones.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the process of creation and viability of a com-pany or startup. The main objective of this new company is the development and launch of ADE César, an educational digital application or App specialized in the areas of Law and Business Administration and with a format and dynamics essentially gami-fied that allow the user to learn in an enjoyable, fun, and constant way. ADE César will offer courses, lessons, and educational games on both introductory and more advanced issues in the legal and business fields, in a way that is accessible to all kinds of audi-ences. Throughout this paper, the different dimensions and magnitudes necessary to guarantee the success of the project will be studied. First, the project idea will be explained in depth. Secondly, a strategic plan will be carried out to study the sector and the envi-ronment. Next, the team and partners needed will be analyzed, as well as the marketing plan. Finally, a financial plan is developed, on which the viability of the business is determined, and conclusions are drawn.
