Primeros pasos en la adopción del Nuevo Pacto de Asilo y Migración en España

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se centra en la implementación del Nuevo Pacto de Asilo y Migración de la Unión Europea en España. En primer lugar, se realiza una exposición de las teorías de migración sobre las que el NPMA y la política migratoria española se sustentan. Posteriormente, se expone de forma objetiva del NPMA, el estado actual de la política migratoria en España y los objetivos migratorios del Estado español en el medio y largo plazo. Finalmente, se establecen cuatro criterios útiles para definir cuáles de las medidas del NPMA son una prioridad para España y se procede a argumentar y desarrollar las prioridades identificadas a través de dos propuestas de política migratoria: el Plan de Estrategia Ciudadana e Integración 2022-2030 (PECI) y la Estrategia Laboral de Contratación en Origen (ELCO).

This thesis focuses on the implementation of the New Pact on Asylum and Migration of the European Union in Spain. First, we develop an exposition of the migration theories on which the NPMA and the Spanish migration policy are based. Subsequently, the NPMA, the current state of migration policy in Spain and the migratory objectives of the Spanish State in the medium and long term are presented in an objective manner. Finally, four useful criteria are established to define which of the NPMA measures are a priority for Spain. Then, the so-called priorities are argued and developed through two migration policy proposals: Citizenship and Integration Strategy Plan 2022-2030 (CISP) and Labor Strategy for Recruitment in Origin (LSRO).
