El arrendamiento de obra en derecho romano y derecho vigente

Abstract

El fenómeno jurídico, debido a su creciente complejidad y mutación en el tiempo, precisa para su comprensión un análisis exhaustivo desde diversos puntos de vista, teniendo en cuenta tanto el estudio de diferentes autores como la doctrina y jurisprudencia. Por todo ello, centraré mi Trabajo de Fin de Grado en la investigación del contrato de arrendamiento de obra, analizando sus raíces hundidas en el Derecho Romano y llegando hasta su configuración en el Derecho Civil actual, donde se configura un contrato en el que el contratista se obliga, a cambio de un precio cierto, a la consecución de un resultado para el comitente.

The juridical phenomenon, due to its complexity and change during the time, requires to be understood thought an analysis from different points of view taking into account both the study of different authors as the doctrine and jurisprudence. Therefore, I focus my Final Project Degree in investigating the work contract (lease of work), analysing their sunk roots in Roman law and reaching its configuration in the current civil law, where the it is a contract in which the contractor undertakes, in exchange for a certain price, to achieve a result for the client.
