Climatización del centro comercial El Ciprés

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto trata sobre la climatización de un centro comercial situado en Castro Urdiales, Cantabria. Este recoge una primera memoria que describe el conjunto a climatizar en sí, con sus características ambientales y locales. La correspondiente división de cada una de las zonas en las que se divide el sistema de climatización junto con la filosofía de funcionamiento de instalaciones. Un apartado con los diferentes cálculos de cargas de invierno y verano, aire de ventilación, y dimensiones necesarias de conductos y tuberías que determinen el alcance de los equipos utilizados. Por último, un apartado con los criterios y la elección de estos equipos junto con los pliegos de características adjuntos en los anexos. Por otra parte, fuera de la memoria, se encuentran otros dos apartados. Uno contiene los planos de la instalación al completo (equipos, tuberías, conductos y esquema de principio de funcionamiento) divididos por piso. El otro un presupuesto de la elaboración de todo el sistema de climatización dividido por equipos de climatización, equipos de dispersión de aire, equipos de transporte de aire y agua y los equipos de impulsión. Todos estos apartados juntos constituyen una memoria, con sus correspondientes anexos que completan la información, con la información necesaria para climatizar el centro comercial “El Ciprés” de Castro Urdiales.

The following project deals with the air conditioning of a shopping centre located in Castro Urdiales, Cantabria. It includes a first report describing the whole to be air-conditioned, with its environmental and local characteristics. The corresponding division of each of the zones into which the air conditioning system is divided, together with the philosophy of operation of the installations. A section with the different calculations of winter and summer loads, ventilation air, and necessary dimensions of ducts and pipes that determine the scope of the equipment used. Finally, a section containing the criteria and choice of these teams together with the specifications attached in the annexes. On the other hand, outside the memory, there are two other sections. One contains the drawings of the entire installation (equipment, pipes, ducts, and operating principle diagram) divided by floor. The other one is a budget for the elaboration of the whole air conditioning system divided by air conditioning equipment, air dispersion equipment, air and water transport equipment, and the impulsion equipment. All these sections together constitute a report, with its corresponding annexes that complete the information, with the necessary information to air-condition the shopping centre "El Ciprés" of Castro Urdiales.
