PROPUESTA DE INTERVENCIÓN EN LA VIOLENCIA FILIO-PARENTAL

Abstract

La violencia filio-parental es un tipo de violencia que ha existido siempre, pero en silencio. A medida que pasan los años existe un aumento de casos, como datan las cifras del Ministerio Fiscal. Es por ello, que el estudio de esta violencia es necesario para saber cuál sería la respuesta correcta ante estas conductas. Nos centraremos en cómo se desarrolla, qué hace más propenso a una persona el ejercer este tipo de violencia y que medidas judiciales son las que se imponen cuando los progenitores deciden denunciar. El Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene como finalidad conocer los elementos que forman parte de este tipo de violencia y qué es lo que hace que se desarrolle. A su vez, se realizará un programa de intervención dirigido a aquellos menores que hayan sido denunciados y se encuentren en la medida de libertad vigilada.

Child to parent violence is a type of violence that has always existed, but in silence. As the years go by, there is an increase in the number of cases, as the figures of the Public Prosecutor's Office show. This is why the study of this violence is necessary in order to know what the correct response to these behaviours should be. We will focus on how it develops, what makes a person more likely to engage in this type of violence and what judicial measures are imposed when parents decide to report it. The aim of the Final Degree Project is to learn about the elements that form part of this type of violence and what causes it to develop. At the same time, an intervention programme will be carried out for those minors who have been reported and are under probation.
