Programación Didáctica de Ciencias de la Naturaleza para 5.º curso de Educación Primaria.

Abstract

Se presenta una Programación concretada en 9 unidades didácticas para la asignatura de Ciencias de la Naturaleza en el curso 5.º de Educación Primaria. Se apuesta por la innovación en educación y, como resultado, se ha diseñado una programación didáctica donde los proyectos, la cooperación y el uso de las TIC son los ingredientes principales, además de contar con un enfoque STEAM, el cual preparará de forma significativa a los estudiantes y los formará para su futuro, tanto profesional como personal. En cada una de las unidades didácticas y a través de todas las sesiones que las conforman, el alumnado deberá, además de adquirir los conocimientos propios de la asignatura, desarrollar sus habilidades sociales y cívicas. Por eso, es primordial que hagan uso de una participación activa e implicarse totalmente en las diferentes actividades para poder ir completando con éxito los diferentes retos propuestos por el profesor. Aparte de adquirir conocimientos sobre las Ciencias Naturales, mejorar sus habilidades en el manejo de las TIC y potenciar el trabajo en equipo, esta programación didáctica tendrá como objetivo concienciar al alumnado sobre la protección y el cuidado del entorno natural que nos rodea y tan importante es para la sostenibilidad del planeta. Para terminar, se ha querido dar visibilidad a las aportaciones y logros de las mujeres en el mundo de la ciencia, destinando una sesión entera al final de cada unidad para conocer algunos de los nombres de estas grandes descubridoras y conocer más acerca de sus increíbles contribuciones al mundo científico.

We present an Educational Programming consisting of 9 didactic units for the subject of Natural Sciences in the 5th year of Primary Education. We are committed to innovation in education and, as a result, we have designed a Teaching Programming where projects, cooperation and the use of ICT are the main ingredients, as well as having a STEAM approach, which will significantly prepare students and train them for their future, both professionally and personally. In each of the teaching units and through all the sessions that comprise them, students must, in addition to acquiring the knowledge of the subject, develop their social and civic skills. Therefore, it is essential that they make use of active participation and get fully involved in the different activities in order to successfully complete the different challenges proposed by the teacher. Apart from acquiring knowledge about Natural Sciences, improving their ICT skills and promoting teamwork, the aim of this educational programme is to raise awareness among pupils about the protection and care of the natural environment that surrounds us and is so important for the sustainability of the planet. Finally, we wanted to give visibility to the contributions and achievements of women in the world of science, devoting an entire session at the end of each unit to learn about some of the names of these female discoverers and learn more about their incredible contributions to the scientific world.
